Buskers Clarinet Festival
As part of the International Clarinet Festival “Portus Naonis,” the Buskers Clarinet Festival comes to life: two days of music throughout the city, bringing the clarinet out of the concert halls and into the streets.
Squares, streets, and hidden corners of Pordenone’s historic city center become an open and inclusive stage, where the clarinet takes center stage in all its forms — from jazz to world music, from folk to improvisation. A vibrant urban sound journey unfolds through small ensembles, bands, and jam sessions, accompanying audiences from afternoon into the evening.
The buskers format makes music accessible to everyone: no tickets, no barriers — just take a walk. Music meets passersby, engages families, residents, and visitors alike, and transforms the Festival into an experience to be lived, not simply listened to.
In collaboration with local music organizations, the Buskers Clarinet Festival creates a dynamic dialogue between local musicians and guest artists, celebrating the versatility of the clarinet while strengthening the bond between the Festival and the city.
You don’t go to the concert — the music comes to you.
